Art imitates Life, Food imitates art. Have your sims dine while appreciating fine art in the gallery, enjoying fine views on the patio. Dining chairs are deliberately odd matching, ranging from patio furniture to rare antiques.

Also originally designed as a business, however it also works well as an un-owned community lot. Remember to lock the little gate at the top of the staircase in the main gallery/dining room; this leads to the kitchen in the basement, as well as a big staff area complete with separate kitchen and lounge.

This is built on a 2 x 2 sized lot. As a business it'll cost $103 612.

My sims needed a roller rink without too many frills. But then they also needed to be fed, and that leads to the need for bathroom facilities.

This lot is more family oriented and picnic-like. The little shack by the entrance is just a mock till; MAXIS will spawn a teen to stand there - you can always pretend that you had to pay an entrance fee ;-)
