Simple Lane 1

Haven't uploaded houses in a long time. This is first in part of my Simple Lane Series. You need the base game and SEASONS only for the lot to work.

It is built on a 2x2 lot. There is a ground floor with open plan kitchen-living-dining room; a full bathroom; bedroom. In the basement is the master bedroom; family room and a full bathroom. Outside is a little greenhouse, lap pool and some landscaping. Furnished the lot is §82 994. Unfurnished the lot is §23 307.

You need the base game and SEASONS only for the lot to work.

This house is built on a 1x1 lot. Stairs lead up to the first floor entrance. The first floor houses the kitchen, dining area and guest bathroom. The second floor has the main bedroom, full bathroom a study area and a little balcony. The basement has a kids room and family entertainment room. The is a bit of a garden and landscaping outside. This lot has more of the seasons expansion pack elemants in with regards to the decor. Lot lot is §49 970 furnished. (i don't have an unfurnished version... it's DIY)

Simple Lane 3

You only need the base game for this lot to work. No expansion packs needed! ;-)

This is a starter home. It means your sims pay only §19 797 for a furnished lot. It is on a 1x2 size lot. Outiside is a little pool and some landscaping. The ground floor has an open-plan dining and living room, a kitchen, and full bathroom. On the first floor is a bedroom with a study area.

This house is perfect for a sim starting new.
